So many firsts!

First thing's first... I got my helmet! Mom's gonna decorate it before Ben and Jenny's wedding so I can show it off, but here I am! The first picture is of me getting my 3D imaging. They put this stocking over my head so they could get a good picture of my peanut. I sat on this stool and a bunch of cameras all around me took my picture. It was OK at first, but I started to get cranky after a little bit. That's when all the cool toys came out! So I threw 'em a bone and sat still :) The second picture is of me after a nap in my new helmet, I mean DOC Band. It's hard to sleep sometimes, but I think I'm doing a pretty good job. Mom took me back to get some adjustments because I was getting some bad red marks, but they seem to be doing better now.

My first shorts!

My first matching outfit with Dad! While Dad was getting ready, mom got me ready and when we both came out we had the same outfit on... I think Dad was more excited than me though.

My first Mohawk!

My first haircut! I decided to get it all evened out before I got my helmet.

AND... I had my first rice cereal!!! This is my second try at it...

A day with family!

Here I am with my cousin Kedron at Rio Vista Park for a Ptacek family "mom and baby" meet up! It was lots of fun. I'm the "baby" of the group, but many of us are within months of each other.

I need a helmet!

Here are my medical pictures taken today at Cranial Technologies at Phoenix Children's Hospital. Mom and Dad took me because my noggin's messed up! The doctor said cuz their wasn't enough room in mom's tummy for me, the tight space cranked my neck and shortened my muscles on one side... so now I favor that side and it's messing up my head! My uncle had a DOC Band too so I'm not too scared. Mom said she would decorate it cool for me so I guess it's ok. I still think I look handsome in these pictures and all the nurses said I was a big cutie!!! I can't wait to go back and see them.... hopefully next week for my 3D imaging so they can get started on my helmet!

PS- I HATE the stretches I have to do now!

Went hiking today!

Today we all went hiking at T-bird mountain! It was lots of fun until I got cranky cuz it started getting hot outside. Me and mom went and hung out at the picnic tables and enjoyed the breeze and looked at trees n' quail n' stuff while Dad finished the hike with Jersey and Pearl and brought the truck around. All in all it was lots of fun!

PS- Mom DID make me wear a hat, but dad took it off for the picture :)
